Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven and proactive project manager who wants to lead successful projects within Installation and Field Operations. As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning, resource allocation, and ensuring progress within your work package, focusing on meeting the main project’s requirements for cost, time, and scope. You will also work closely with other project managers and engineers to ensure that the project proceeds efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include:

• Preparing and documenting activities related to the sub-project Installation & Field Operation.
• Creating schedules in collaboration with the commercial project manager and ensuring correct resource allocation.
• Coordinating and ensuring that resources align with key stakeholders such as work package owners and engineers.
• Being responsible for the scope, cost, and timeline of the work package.
• Ensuring that all involved personnel have the right qualifications and authorizations.
• Reporting to project management and escalating issues as needed.
• Following up and reporting project progress in internal systems.
• Ensuring that all safety and commissioning activities are performed and documented correctly.
• Participating in project and client meetings as needed and ensuring that all KPIs are reported and followed up.
• Actively working to prevent disruptions and ensure high quality throughout the project.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Technical understanding and interest, preferably in railway or signaling technology.
• A university degree or higher vocational training, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or equivalent tasks.
• Good knowledge of project planning tools and experience in advanced planning.
• Strong communication and diplomatic skills, as well as the ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Perseverance, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to take responsibility and drive projects forward.
• High computer skills and familiarity with the Office suite.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
