About the Unit
We are developing our portfolio management to handle the increasingly rapid development in IT and digitalization and need to strengthen our team of competencies working with the IT portfolio. Therefore, we are looking for a portfolio coordinator who can be the hub of the work and support the implementation of activities within the IT portfolio, in accordance with decisions made.
The department supports the head of Must in directing and coordinating the development and implementation of the ongoing operations at Must. The department consists of both military and civilian employees with mixed competencies in areas such as overall planning and policy, development, IT issues, preparedness work, and more.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the operational work in the portfolio – lead and facilitate meetings and workshops among various stakeholders
- Compile overall planning for the portfolio regarding deliveries and budget and follow up the work against the plan
- Collect and compile reports from management and project leaders at the portfolio level
- Contribute to good communication between different stakeholders
Qualifications
- Relevant academic education in IT, economics, or similar
- Several years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or project administration
- Ability to organize, plan, and follow up at a relatively detailed level
- Good understanding of business processes and how IT contributes to achieving business goals
Desirable
- Experience working in public sector
- Certifications in portfolio or project management (e.g., MoP, PMP, SAFe)
- Experience working with portfolio and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Planview, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of risk management
