You now have the opportunity to become part of our assessment and intervention team in a unique project in Sweden. You will be part of a team consisting of a unit manager, physiotherapist, care manager, nurse, and two nursing assistants. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other colleagues in the team, both from a cross-professional approach and regarding the development of the team's work processes.

The team is located together with other occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and nursing assistants at Kusthöjden in Härnösand.

Job Responsibilities

• As a licensed occupational therapist in the assessment and intervention team, you will work towards ordinary housing in a proactive/preventive manner and to increase the individual's ability to live independently with the right interventions. You will, among other things, conduct ADL assessments and activity assessments, as well as assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative interventions.
• Assess the individual's rehabilitation capacity together with the rest of the assessment and intervention team.
• Plan, structure, and prioritize cases together with the rest of the assessment and intervention team.
• Develop work processes together with the rest of the assessment and intervention team and work towards implementing these in other areas of operation.
• Supervision of care personnel.

The operational systems used include Lifecare, Prator, and webSesam.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. A B driver's license for manual transmission is required. You need to have knowledge and aptitude for working in various data systems. Experience in home healthcare or similar work is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for someone who is open, flexible, and self-driven. You have a desire to support and help your patients achieve independence to the best of their ability. You plan and organize your work well and collaborate effectively with others.

Working Hours/Duration

Permanent employment. Full-time, daytime.

We apply a probationary period.

Start date as soon as possible according to agreement.
