Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will experience a varied and challenging workday where you will have the opportunity to use and develop your knowledge and skills. You will play a central role in planning, and the work is done in close collaboration with the unit manager and other staff groups for each group home/work group in the common care and support work. You are responsible for performing medical interventions such as assessments, examinations, and medication management in patient-related work. In the role of a nurse, you are a good role model and representative of the care and support work.

Qualifications

We consider it an advantage if you have a few years of work experience, but we also welcome recent graduates. You have the ability to work collaboratively with others to manage tasks and achieve goals. You enjoy adapting your communication to the recipient and situation. It is important for you to listen to and understand the people you meet in your professional role to grasp their needs. Based on the professional role, you need to have sufficient proficiency in the Swedish language to document according to HSL.
