In the Department of Education and Childcare, we will together contribute to a holistic view regarding children's and students' learning. As a speech therapist, your position will be placed within the Learning and Health unit, where you, together with other professionals, contribute to removing barriers to children's development and learning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of a professional group together with other speech therapists within preschool and primary school. You will work closely with the preschool's management organization on behalf of the operations manager. In several of your assignments, you will also collaborate with the preschool's special educators.

Job responsibilities:

• Qualified support within preschool operations in the form of training, supervision, and consultation, where the speech therapist's complementary competence contributes to creating a linguistically accessible education based on children's varying needs. The focus is on early interventions.
• As a speech therapist, you will contribute to cross-administrative development assignments.
• Some working hours may be allocated to preschool class, and evening work may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed speech therapist with experience working in preschool and/or school, particularly in training, supervision, and consultation.

It is an advantage if you have training in consultation or supervision processes and experience in operational development.

A good understanding of the societal mission of preschools and schools is also advantageous.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You have a good ability to see opportunities, collaborate, and create good relationships. You have initiative, a sense of responsibility, and no difficulties working independently. The work requires both structure and flexibility.

You have a very good ability to handle Swedish in both speech and writing.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Upon request, a speech therapist license for the position must be submitted.
