As a service leader at BIAB Locks & Alarms, you will play a central role where you lead and develop your team while driving business and ensuring the highest quality in our deliveries. You are responsible for ensuring that service assignments and installation projects are carried out smoothly from the quotation stage to the completed project.

As a service leader, you will among other things:

  • Lead, engage, and develop your team to ensure high-quality deliveries.
  • Strengthen and develop customer relationships through a responsive and proactive approach.
  • Identify and create upselling opportunities through additional services and upgrades.
  • Be responsible for contracts, finances, technical quality, and documentation in our assignments.
  • Plan and coordinate resources, purchases, and work with quality and work environment.
  • Actively work on new customer acquisition and support the rest of the team in the sales process.

Desired Profile:

  • Has experience in security service and locks, preferably in a similar role (e.g., project manager or technical salesperson).
  • Is business-minded and has a good understanding of finance and project follow-up.
  • Has a natural ability to engage and lead teams towards common goals.
  • Is results-oriented and has a strong drive to identify and create business opportunities.
  • Has experience in sales and customer engagement.
  • Has good computer and system skills.
  • Holds a valid driver's license (B).

Start: Immediately

Working hours: Mon-Fri 7-16

Location: You will work at our office in Tullinge Craft Village.

Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
