Customer Receptionist/Service Advisor Haninge

We are currently looking for service-oriented individuals with experience in the service industry for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in Haninge. Your workplace will be at one of the largest car dealerships, where your main focus will be to take care of the workshop's customers and provide them with the best possible experience.

Your responsibilities: As a customer receptionist/service advisor, you are the company's face to the outside world and play a crucial role in delivering first-class service. Your daily work will involve:

• Handling cases in systems such as CRM and Excel.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Some inventory of spare parts stock and assisting where needed.

Your qualifications: To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have experience in a service profession and are used to meeting customers professionally.
• Are quick to learn new systems and have good computer skills.
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• Are a positive, solution-oriented, and structured person who can handle stress and a fast-paced environment.
• Have a valid driver's license (B).

We offer: This is a full-time position with immediate start. Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday and may vary between 7 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM depending on the assignment.
