About the role:

In the role of Process Leader within ServiceNow, you will be a key player in leading and developing processes related to the ServiceNow platform for our clients. You will ensure that the processes are efficient, sustainable, and tailored to the client's operations. As an Elite Partner for ServiceNow, we have one of Scandinavia's largest and most qualified consulting groups with nearly 500 dedicated experts. We are now looking for an experienced Process Leader who can take a strategic and operational role in our team deliveries.

Your main tasks:

• Lead and facilitate process development and improvement work related to ServiceNow.
• Ensure that the processes are efficient, sustainable, and tailored to the client's needs.
• Act as an advisor to clients regarding processes and best practices within IT Service Management and ServiceNow.
• Lead workshops and requirements gathering with clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that processes and platform are aligned.
• Follow up and analyze the performance of the processes and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• Several years of experience in process development and process management within IT, preferably related to ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and process frameworks.
• Ability to lead workshops and facilitate requirements gathering.
• Experience working closely with both business and IT.
• Relevant academic education in IT, management, or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
