As a Process Automation Specialist at OKQ8, you will play a key role in streamlining and automating our business processes. You will work closely with our Product Owners and process owners to develop smart, sustainable automations and ensure stable operations. We are looking for someone who is curious about new technology, passionate about solving problems, and wants to be part of our work towards a more digital and sustainable future.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing automated processes
• Ensuring stable operations through resource optimization, scheduling, and maintenance
• Exploring and implementing AI agents and Power Automate for smarter automation
• Being a change leader – helping us find new ways of working and implementing them effectively
• Planning and prioritizing work with the backlog and new needs
• Collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
• Being responsible for and participating operationally in the entire lifecycle of our robotic solutions

We are looking for someone with experience in RPA development and various automation solutions who is curious about new technology. You are a problem solver who enjoys collaborating and can translate business needs into effective automation solutions.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in RPA development, preferably with Blue Prism
• Practical experience with Power Automate
• Familiarity with AI technologies, e.g., machine learning, natural language, and AI agents
• Analytical, communicative, and solution-oriented

Meritorious:

• Experience working in an agile environment
• Knowledge of other RPA platforms, APIs, and automation tools
• Experience implementing AI solutions in business processes

Location: Stockholm, Avesta, or Västerås.
