Process Leader in IT System Development

We are looking for a process leader in IT system development who will be responsible for driving and further developing the IT system development process.

About the Position

In the role of process leader in IT system development, you will be responsible for driving and further developing our IT system development process, where agile methods, automation, and high demands on IT security are in focus. You will ensure that our development processes are efficient, qualitative, and tailored to the needs of the organization, collaborating with development teams, other process leaders, and stakeholders to create smooth and well-functioning workflows based on DevOps/DevSecOps.

By strengthening collaboration between development teams and increasing knowledge sharing, you contribute to a more efficient, secure, and innovative IT environment. You will also drive initiatives to improve code quality, development platforms, and tool choices that enhance the teams' work.

You will work in a dynamic environment with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues, where we constantly develop our working methods and approaches.

You will belong to the unit for Development Capabilities and Tools, where specialists in DevOps, process management, method and tool responsibility, IT project management, and management collaborate. The unit has an overarching responsibility for developing the organization's capabilities in application development, requirements, and testing. We actively work to automate processes and simplify system development to create a modern and efficient IT environment.

About You

Requirements:

We see that you have a degree from a university/college/vocational school in computer science or similar, or equivalent competence acquired in another way. You also have:

• Several years of relevant experience as a system developer in agile teams, or as part of a team where DevOps or DevSecOps methodology has been applied.
• Several years of relevant experience in developing, improving, and implementing processes and working methods within agile IT and system development teams.
• Excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.

We consider it an advantage if you have several years of relevant work experience in:

• Change management and driving initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Facilitating workshops and conducting training.
• Test automation, ITIL, LEAN.
• The Astrakan model for process modeling.
• Tools for process documentation such as Sparx EA, Visio, or similar.
• IT security and ISO27000.
• Process development within the public sector or government agencies.

• Opportunity for remote work up to 50% #LI-hybrid.
