The client is a technology consulting company that offers services in software development and hardware design to some of Sweden's leading companies in the automotive and tech industries. The position is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the position We are looking for candidates with a focus on requirement-based systems, where your role will be tailored to your skills and preferences with the client.

• Play a central role in projects where you contribute with a holistic perspective, ensuring that the client's requirements are met and documenting technical specifications to guide the development process.
• Have technical responsibility for the system, including functional and performance analysis to ensure that the solution meets both requirements and expectations.
• Be a key person in the collaboration between clients and development teams, responsible for ensuring that the system meets high-quality standards.
• Work closely with product owners, project management, and clients to drive development forward.
• Operate within the defense sector and/or automotive industry in technically challenging projects.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 4+ years of experience in embedded systems, mechatronics, electronics, automotive industry, defense industry, or similar technical fields.
• Holds an engineering degree or equivalent.
• Possesses solid experience in working with requirement-based systems and managing requirement breakdown in technical deliveries.
• Has deep expertise in system integration and a broad understanding of working in complex technical environments.
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating in teams but can also work independently and drive the work forward.
