The Role:

As a Test/QA Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality of our ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and automating tests to ensure that our deliveries meet the highest standards. As an Elite Partner for ServiceNow, we have one of Scandinavia's largest and most qualified consulting groups with nearly 500 dedicated experts. We are now looking for an experienced Test/QA Specialist who can lead testing strategies and quality assurance in our team deliveries.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for test strategy, test planning, and execution of tests within ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the quality assurance process.
• Identify and report bugs and ensure they are addressed according to best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Work with performance, integration, and regression testing.
• Implement and improve testing processes according to agile methodologies.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• Several years of experience in testing and quality assurance within IT, preferably within ServiceNow or other SaaS platforms.
• Experience in test automation and tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile methodologies.
• The ability to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
