We are a girl and a boy, both 5 years old, looking for assistants for our newly started team in Avesta. In our free time, we enjoy crafting, reading, or listening to a book. Our assistance needs mainly concern the physical aspects, which can sometimes be demanding, so we are looking for someone with good physical fitness.

We can express what we want, but it still requires being attentive and able to read body language. Most of what we learn, we learn together, as the needs, just like for everyone else, are individual. We would prefer if you have worked in a similar role, but the most important thing is, of course, the chemistry between us.

It is important for us that our assistants are cheerful, imaginative, and take their own initiatives so that we can have a fun and meaningful everyday life with people we can rely on.

During the day, we attend preschool, and our assistants will accompany us there. We would like our assistants to encourage play with our peers while maintaining a low profile in between.

We are looking for 8 assistants working 90%. The shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, weekend, and awake night.

Meritorious:

Experience working in a family

Requirements:

Driver's license

Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Criminal record extract to work with children within LSS
