About the position

You will be part of a small team where we together coordinate and optimize our private guests' experiences. In this role, you will handle incoming emails and communicate with guests both via email and phone. You will also work with upselling and booking checks, ensuring that our guests' needs are met in the best possible way.

Your main tasks:

• Booking and optimization
• Sales and customer contact
• Guest travel and coordination
• Communication - both internally and externally

We would prefer you to have previous experience in service and administration. If you have experience in coordination, VisBook, and/or BookVisit, this is a plus.

About the position The position is on an as-needed basis, mainly on weekends until summer, but during the summer months, we hope you can work 50-100%.

You will report to the Inhouse Sales Manager and be part of our commercial team.

Working hours are varied between 8 AM - 5:30 PM on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. We will call for interviews on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline!
