Entrecon Consulting is recruiting an experienced property manager for a reputable property company.

Role Description

Our client is looking for an engaged and driven property manager to join their team in Västerås and Eskilstuna. In central Eskilstuna, you will be responsible for approximately 60 apartments and around twenty commercial spaces, while Västerås includes about 200 apartments and a few additional commercial spaces. The properties are older and can be challenging. As a property manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and management of the client's properties, ensuring high service and quality for tenants. The work is largely independent, but you have colleagues on-site for support. The property manager will be based in Eskilstuna or Västerås, where the properties are located, while administrative work is handled from the head office in Stockholm.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have a background in construction, property, or another installation area. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities rather than your education. You should have worked as a property manager for at least five years. We offer a stimulating job in a dynamic environment with good opportunities for development.
