Description
The Individual and Family Care seeks social workers for the Children and Youth Unit.
We have two vacant positions, subject to necessary decisions being made.
The unit consists of a wonderful and competent team of social workers/sociologists, including social workers who work with investigations and interventions, three senior social workers, a reception group, and a foster care group. You will work as a social worker with investigations and interventions for children and young people and their families. There are opportunities to work in the reception group during employees' parental leave.
We actively work for a good working environment with participation, clarity, and structure, support in case handling, a reasonable workload, and thorough introduction, as well as opportunities to work from home. Support in case handling is enhanced by having three senior social workers in the unit. Additionally, you will be offered external process supervision.

Responsibilities
We work from a child rights perspective with BBIC and among others iRiSk and Signs of Safety. The work involves investigating, assessing, analyzing, deciding on, implementing, and following up open interventions and placements in accordance with applicable legislation. Tasks in the reception function may occur.
We actively work together to achieve improved living conditions and find solutions for children, young people, and their families in their home environment. The work also includes preventive and family-oriented work in collaboration with other community actors, both externally and internally, for example with the municipality's support housing and family team.
The Social Administration works in the LifeCare operational system.
Qualifications
A degree in social work is required to work as an authority-exercising social worker within social child and youth care. We prefer that you have experience in authority exercise and social work with children and families, that you find opportunities and solutions, and communicate in a respectful manner.
The position requires the ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish, as well as to be able to express yourself adequately in English. Data skills relevant to your assignment are required.
Other
Driving license B, manual transmission vehicle, is required.
Abilities and Skills
You are a person who finds opportunities and solutions and communicates in a respectful manner.
You have good investigative and documentation skills and the ability to work independently in a legally secure manner and to plan and structure your work to meet set deadlines.

The Social Administration
