Maryhill Estate is now looking for a playful Guest Excellence Manager (GEM) who wants to help create amazing experiences in a unique environment.

About the position We are now looking for you who want to shine in our fantastic position as Guest Excellence Manager (GEM). You will be a vital part of creating world-class guest experiences; thanks to your eye for detail, we will succeed in meeting guests' expectations. What does one want to experience as a guest at Maryhill Estate? That will be up to YOU to help decide. You will also play a significant role in our work to transition from service to hospitality in 2025.

If we fail to deliver, you will quickly step in, take care of the guest, and ensure that no one leaves the house without a smile and a longing to return. In summary, you will be responsible for developing the guest experience both before, during, and after the visit. The position includes both proactive and reactive work in a dynamic combination of operations and administration, where presence in operations will always be your top priority.

Full-time position at 100% with scheduled hours both day, evening, weekend, and holidays.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who, with drive and passion, keeps our service alive and in constant development. It should come naturally to you to live our core values: passionate, professional, playful, and personal, whether in contact with guests, suppliers, or colleagues. To step into the role with the right prerequisites, you need a background in service, preferably in F&B. Perhaps you have worked in events, nightclubs, or restaurants.

If you also have international experience, it is a strong merit.

As a person, you are bursting with energy; you have a good ability to quickly shift focus when the situation requires it. You need to be a top-notch team player where all departments in the house become important sparring partners to reach our common goal - to create regular guests. The position requires good self-leadership, initiative, and that you actively contribute new ideas and materials.

The goal is to create 10 new friends before you leave your workday!
