In a short time, we have significantly increased our revenue and established ourselves as a strong brand in the beauty industry. We are an innovative company that offers exclusive and high-quality beauty products to enhance natural beauty and enrich the everyday lives of our customers.

Growth and change are a natural part of our journey. Right now, our focus is on Sweden, Germany, and Denmark, but we sell to several countries worldwide. This means that our priorities may change and include new markets in the future. We operate from our office in Borås and are now looking for an ambitious Paid Social Media Specialist who wants to help drive our continued expansion.

About the role

As a Paid Social Media Specialist with us, you will play a key role in our digital marketing and sales. You will:

• Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads for the Swedish and German markets.

• Analyze campaign results and identify optimization opportunities based on data and insights.

• A/B test ads, target audiences, and creative concepts to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop engaging ad content, come up with creative ideas, and create effective ad campaigns.

• Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to ensure we are always one step ahead.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience managing paid advertising on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

• Possesses a deep understanding of audience segmentation and strategies for both branding and conversion purposes.

• Has the ability to interpret and analyze data in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

• Is communicative and enjoys presenting insights and recommendations.

• Is structured and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Fluent in Swedish and English; knowledge of German is a plus.

• Has a driver's license and access to a car, as the work is based at our office in Borås.

Scope and working hours

• The position is full-time and permanent.

• Working hours: 08:00-17:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
