WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE

• Together with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, preparing the store for customers, and achieving good sales results
• Your main task will be to ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and create a positive, energetic environment where your team thrives
• In line with our JYSK Leadership Values, you will support the Store Manager by communicating, leading, and coaching the team on the shop floor
• You will train your colleagues to always put the customer first, how to determine customer needs, and upselling
• You enjoy physical work and lead by example by selling and performing routine tasks in the store
• In the future, you see yourself as the Store Manager of your own store and show commitment to getting there

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team
• The ability to inspire and communicate to create a positive work environment
• Commitment to taking ownership of the store's customer service and its results
• You know how to get things done: You keep a cool head and lead the way, even in stressful situations
• You always strive to improve your results and recover quickly after a setback
• You primarily work every other weekend, so you are present when we have the highest customer influx. Instead, you will have a day off in the middle of the week.
• You love to sell and are a really skilled salesperson
