Job Description

Are you a structured and service-oriented person with good administrative skills? Do you have experience in handling insurance matters, warranty issues, and planning daily tasks? Then this might be the job for you!

We are looking for a service advisor for our client in Ljungby. In this role, you will have a central function where you are responsible for managing customer inquiries, booking customers into the workshop, and ensuring that the day's planning runs smoothly. A large part of the work is administrative and involves handling insurance matters, warranty issues, order management, and spare parts management.

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a problem solver who enjoys having an overview of daily operations. Experience from the automotive industry or a technical interest is an advantage. Since the pace can sometimes be high, you need to be stress-resistant, structured, and have a good ability to prioritize.

The position is initially a consulting assignment with a planned start in April and a duration until August, with good opportunities for takeover by the client after the assignment ends. Working hours during the summer months are 06:45–16:00, Monday to Friday.
