Then you might be the person we are looking for to fill the position of Marketing Communicator / Rental Agent at Witalabostäder.

You will be part of the Customer/Economy unit that works together to create high customer satisfaction and ensure the best possible service for the company’s customers, from rental and move-in to move-out. You will work closely with the operations and be part of a team of 6 dedicated colleagues in roles such as rental agents, property managers, caretakers, and financial administrators, reporting to the CFO.

Witalabostäder has an organization with broad and varied roles combined with employees having responsibility for different sub-areas. Your role is within rental and customer service as well as your expertise in marketing and communication - responsible for promoting housing, premises, and related services, as well as strengthening Witalabostäder's brand.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for the website, social media, promoting available housing and premises.
• Design campaigns, conduct activities with tenants, associations, and more.
• Customer service - answering and managing incoming calls and welcoming visitors.
• Conduct viewings for potential tenants.
• Draft rental agreements, distribute and receive keys, etc.
• Develop and implement internal and external communication such as templates and content design for the company's communication materials.

The daily workplace is in the company's pleasant premises located at Stålvägen 9a in Vetlanda. The job requires a high on-site presence, and travel within Vetlanda municipality is included. A pool car for business trips is available.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who is motivated to support and serve others. You have a post-secondary education (university or vocational) in marketing and communication or equivalent. We prefer that you have experience from a sales and service-oriented role and good computer skills - Office package, web and image management tools, social media, etc. You express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is a requirement. Experience in the real estate industry can be an advantage but is not a requirement.
