Volvo Car Retail, part of Volvo Cars, offers new and used cars as well as service for Volvo and Polestar. With sustainable products and innovative solutions, we create value for customers, employees, and the industry. We have 16 facilities in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Enköping with about 800 employees.

In Kista, we drive innovations, sustainability initiatives, and new business models. The facility is a full-service center with eight business areas and 130 employees. The Volvo Studio in Kungsträdgården is a lively meeting place with daily visitors and events.

About the role

As a representative of one of Sweden's strongest brands, Polestar, you will have the opportunity to work with larger companies in the country's two largest regions - Stockholm and Gothenburg. Your role involves processing and establishing long-term customer relationships, where you, together with our partners, create and develop solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop business within the fleet segment, focusing on both sales and aftersales.
  • Build strong relationships with local corporate customers in collaboration with sales managers and sales specialists.

You will be based at our facilities on Norrlandsgatan or in Kista but will work with customers in all our regions. As a key player in the team, you will actively contribute to driving and developing our business forward.

You are proactive, driven by results, and work independently with a structured and disciplined approach.

In the transition to a fossil-free vehicle fleet, you play a key role by providing customers with the right advice at the right time and keeping yourself updated on market developments. You balance strategic challenges with daily operational work and collaborate closely with our Business Advisors, sales specialists, and sales manager to find the best solutions for the customer's needs.

Our industry is undergoing a major transformation, and we are looking for someone who is open to new ways of working and comfortable meeting customers both digitally and in our showrooms. You are already accustomed to communicating in digital environments and social media and see it as a natural part of customer dialogue.

What can you do?

To succeed in this role, you have at least three years of experience in sales and customer relations in a similar position within the automotive industry with successful results. We place great importance on your understanding of financial decisions regarding larger purchases and company car economics.

You are a skilled negotiator with diplomatic skills and adapt your communication to the audience. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have very good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Office applications.

Understanding market development, particularly in electrification, as well as knowledge of TCO, tax and benefits issues, and relevant legal changes is a plus. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
