Job Responsibilities As a service advisor, you will be in contact with the workshop's customers over the phone when booking appointments, as well as during the drop-off and pick-up of their cars. An important part of the job is to always provide the customer with a pleasant and professional response and ensure that the customer's wishes are fulfilled, as you will be the face of the workshop. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has experience in a service-oriented profession. You have a sense of what good service and customer interaction means. Important qualities for success in this role include having an efficient work style, being able to take initiative, and being flexible in your work. You can handle a fast-paced work environment and still manage multiple cases simultaneously. Additionally, you are someone who always strives to exceed customer expectations.

• Requirement for a B driver's license.
• Ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

This is a full-time position, with working hours scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will be by your side along the way, supporting you towards a successful career.
