Are you a passionate and business-focused HR professional looking for your next challenge? At Telavox, we believe our superpower is our people, and we are now looking for a versatile HR Business Partner to support our Digital Mobile Operator (DMO) business unit, where commercial functions such as sales and support are part of. This role is based in our Malmö office, where you’ll join a team of seven dedicated HR team members. We work collaboratively, challenge each other, and have a lot of fun along the way!

As an HR Business Partner at Telavox, you will play a key role in driving HR strategies that support business objectives. You will partner closely with our 30 leaders at DMO to drive organizational development, leadership growth, and employee engagement. The DMO organization consists of a total of 150 employees and your focus will be on both strategic and operational HR initiatives, ensuring our teams are equipped for success.

A typical day in this role involves:

• Partnering with DMO leadership teams to drive business transformation and growth while serving as the main HR point of contact and trusted advisor for our teams.

• Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations and performance management.

• Driving strategic HR initiatives in alignment with Telavox’s overall business strategy.

• Supporting leadership development and driving change initiatives, coaching managers, and fostering a high-performance culture.

• Implementing and driving HR processes related to the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, retention, and career development.

We’re looking for an HRBP or hands-on HR Manager with experience working in fast-paced, agile environments. You understand commercial teams, including sales and customer success, and enjoy working closely with leaders to drive change and transformation. You are proactive, strategic, and have a pragmatic approach to HR.

Competencies:

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or from a similar role, preferably from a sales organization.

• Experience from all HR processes that align with business needs.

• Experience in coaching and supporting leaders at all levels.

• Ability to simplify complex problems and provide actionable HR solutions.

• Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.

• Passion for creating a great employee experience and fostering an engaging workplace.
