About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible alarm operator for a full-time daytime position in Kista. The alarm center is the heart of the operation and plays a crucial role in creating security for customers and partners. As an alarm operator, you are the first point of contact for incoming cases and have a central role in managing and prioritizing events. You will work in a dynamic environment where quick decisions and a professional approach are essential.

You will be employed by Cleverex staffing, but will work for our client in Kista. If everything goes well in the collaboration, you are expected to be permanently hired by them.

Responsibilities

Monitoring security systems and camera verification.
Handling incoming calls and forwarding cases to the appropriate instance.
Fault reporting and support to customers and partners.
Collaboration with operational staff and other relevant actors to ensure quick and effective measures.
Being the spider in the web during security-related events.

Your Profile

Requirements:

Good computer skills and experience working with multiple technical systems simultaneously.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
High security awareness and ability to handle confidential information.
No criminal record and drug-free, and meet the County Administrative Board's requirements for employment in an authorized security company.

Meritorious:

Previous experience from an alarm center, customer service, or another service profession.
Experience working in a high-paced environment where quick decisions are required.
