We are now looking for more dedicated and responsible security guards as we expand our operations to Norrtälje. As a security guard at Cubsec, we expect you to always demonstrate a serious and professional attitude and approach. You are expected to act judiciously and with the highest security ambition. As a person, you have the ability to create calm and are good at adapting your approach based on the different situations that may arise in the job.

Given that you as a security guard may find yourself in demanding situations, there are high demands for personal maturity and that you are secure in both your person and professional role. We also see that you have good conflict management skills and work with a de-escalating approach. Additionally, you should be able to adapt to the different paces of work and be flexible when it comes to taking on various tasks.

Basic requirements:

• Valid security guard training
• Driver's license with category B
• Clean criminal record
• Good financial standing with no payment remarks
• Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as report writing is required
• Good skills in English

Desirable:

• Previous experience in the security industry
• Handling of firearms, HAS training
• Training for OC spray
• Training for expandable baton
• Additional training in security/monitoring
• Language skills beyond Swedish and English
