Receptionist Wanted for Exciting Company in Borås

Are you detail-oriented, solution-focused, have previous customer service experience, and the ability to work independently with a high level of service? Then we have the perfect position for you!

At StudentConsulting, we are collaborating with an exciting company in Borås and are looking for a receptionist who can help provide their customers and staff with a first-class service experience. In the role of receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and assist in resolving their inquiries and matters in a professional and friendly manner.

Main Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails.
• Manage and register cases in the system.
• Assist during customer visits/bookings for conferences, etc.
• Be a first point of contact for customer and staff visits.

Ideally, you should be available to work two to three days a week. In the long run, the goal is for you to independently manage customer service/reception.

Working hours are during office hours Monday to Friday, and the office is centrally located in Borås.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for the role, you should:

• be a student with at least 50% study load or have another primary occupation.
• have previous work experience in customer service.
• be able to work at least 2-3 days a week and be available immediately.
• be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• have good computer skills.
