Lendo continues to grow and in line with that, we are looking for another sales-oriented loan officer for our personal loan team. Do you love sales, perhaps have an interest in banking and finance, and want to continue developing in this field? Then this could be the job for you!

The Role

In your role as a loan officer, you will contact Lendo's customers who have made a loan application with us. During the conversation, you will do your utmost to go through the customer's loan needs and also offer the customer loan protection and insurance. You work towards clear goals and constantly strive to develop your sales together with your colleagues and with the support of your immediate manager.

The position begins with training regarding sales, Lendo's products, and the industry in Sweden. This is combined with listening in to be inspired by both colleagues and managers and to receive the feedback needed for development.

After the initial training, your development will of course continue through coaching and training, both from your immediate manager and our experienced salespeople.

As a loan officer at Lendo, you have a base salary, but in addition, you can influence your salary based on an attractive variable compensation model.

We are looking for someone who

• Has sales experience, preferably from telemarketing and/or experience in loan mediation or banking and finance.
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has a good command of English.
• Is results-oriented (perhaps you are also competitive?)
• Enjoys working towards clear and ambitious goals.
