Team Leader for Ulriksdal Visitor Center Summer Season 2025

All employees at the Royal Court's public operations department play a crucial role in enhancing visitors' experience of the royal cultural heritage. The cornerstones of our work are service and security. Whether you are serving customers in our shops, selling tickets, serving guests in the palace cafés, guarding, or conducting tours, you keep the visitors in focus and ensure they have a first-class experience.

We are now looking for staff for Ulriksdal Visitor Center starting in 2025.

Responsibilities

At the visitor center, our team leaders are responsible for ongoing staff planning and lead the daily operations on-site. As a team leader, you will also work with the daily production of our offerings. Typical café tasks, ticket sales, and sales of palace shop items are also part of the role. With a strong service mindset, you will serve and guide customers.

Qualifications

  • Employment at the Royal Court requires you to be at least 18 years old
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in leadership and cafés is required
  • Driver's license (B) is required
  • You have training in HACCP
  • You have completed alcohol permit training
  • Experience as a cold kitchen assistant is an advantage

You are interested in providing the best possible service and have a strong sense of responsibility, are attentive, flexible, stress-resistant, and can quickly switch between different daily tasks. Furthermore, you are good at creating a team spirit in daily work and have a high safety awareness.

Additional Information about the Positions

  • The positions are two temporary employments at 80% each.
  • Working hours are daytime according to a rotating schedule with duties on weekdays and weekends.
  • Work may also occur at some of our other visitor sites.
  • Salary according to applicable agreements.
  • The trade unions are represented by Saco-S, Seko, and OFR/S.
