Your Role
We are now looking for a Change Monitor for Operational Planning, which currently consists of about 15 employees within Main Planning, Change Monitor, and In-channel/calculation.
In your role as a Change Monitor with us, you will work with various changes ranging from data and articles to production and construction. What makes this position quite unique is that you will have many points of contact with different disciplines throughout the organization, which will give you a comprehensive view and a very broad understanding of the organization. You will have the chance to implement a change and be involved from start to finish, as well as develop in various areas of knowledge. The assignment also includes ensuring that the correct configuration is created according to the applicable data for each product and that articles and tools are adjusted or discarded.
In summary, as a Change Monitor, you are responsible for;
- Leading a change request from start to finish, and if necessary, appointing a team with representatives from the affected areas of the change request.
- Ensuring commitments for tasks to be performed.
- Ensuring documentation and decisions for the change.
The work with detailed planning for development assignments is done in MS Project and CPS (Central Planning System). The work with change and configuration management is handled in the PDM system TeamCenter and for certain products also in VPM.
Your Profile
To fit in this role, we believe you are structured and communicative, as the work involves a lot of coordination with different disciplines, where you will act as the "spider in the web". Additionally, you will lead and coordinate changes. You also need to be stress-resistant and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as manage rapid changes. We also see that you are a team player who can both give and receive help from the team, where a certain level of responsiveness is required. However, with a strong personal drive and a technical interest, you will find this role very rewarding and enjoyable.
For this role, we see that you have;
- Post-secondary education (preferably with a focus on logistics, economics, purchasing, or technology) or work experience that corresponds.
- Experience from development work and production-related work.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
We consider it an advantage if you have;
- Experience working in MS Project and CPS (Central Planning System), Team Center, and VPM.
