Electrical Engineer for Medium Gas Turbine Segment

Do you want to be part of creating customer-specific electrical designs and documentation for all customer projects within our Medium Gas Turbine segment? As an Electrical Engineer with us, you will work on customer order projects and ensure that customer requirements are met in both design and documentation. The role involves support for assembly and site, as well as contact with subcontractors, purchasing, and the sales organization. We are looking for someone with experience in COMOS and the MGT product portfolio to help customers worldwide in the energy transition with our client Siemens Energy.

Your Responsibilities

Electrical Engineering is responsible for creating customer-specific electrical designs for all electrical documentation for all customer projects in our Medium Gas Turbine segment. Together with your colleagues, you will work on customer order projects and ensure that customer requirements are met in both design and documentation. You will provide support for both assembly and site, and the work also includes some contact with subcontractors, purchasing, and the sales organization. Together, we operate in various interfaces where we are expected to be active and open to change and development.

The energy transition in the world is underway at full speed, and we need people with experience from our tools and products to join the team and help customers worldwide provide energy to society. We are looking for someone who can come in and take on projects from the start with the help of your previous knowledge of COMOS and the MGT product portfolio.

Qualifications

• You have a relevant education in electrical engineering and several years of experience in the field
• You have previous experience with our product line and have worked with electrical engineering in either Order Execution, Research and Development, or our aftermarket operations
• Your experience with COMOS will help you get started quickly. Experience with SAP is also a plus
• You communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing

About the Team

The Electrical Systems team consists of 5 teams, 4 teams within electrical engineering and 1 team of project managers. We handle all electrical installations, from high voltage to low voltage, starter motors, electrical installations, and local equipment rooms for control and measurements. You will be part of a team of about 20 people. We are a group that values community and good collaboration. We focus on diversity and welcome different perspectives to continuously develop our way of working. Now we are looking for you with previous experience of the products and tools to come and join us to become even stronger.
