We offer you the opportunity to become a part of Aliso Tumba Health Center, operated by Qualicare Sweden AB, a company with extensive experience in primary care since 2009. The company has successfully operated health centers and specialist clinics within the Stockholm and Uppsala regions. Now, the subsidiary Aliso Tumba Health Center is launching, a newly opened health center located in the well-established and vibrant Tumba, with a rich range of services and close access to green areas. Our operations are located at Samaritvägen 12. Do you want to help build our fine clinic from the ground up? This is a unique chance for you as a district nurse to help shape the operations and working methods from the very beginning.

Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • District nurse with at least two years of experience in health center work.

Your Role:

Since the clinic is new, you are expected, in addition to being self-sufficient and confident in your nursing work, to also contribute to the development work and attractiveness of the operations. We are looking for a profile that is energetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable with changes to best adapt to different phases of the operations' growth. You will be a significant part of a small team, which places high demands on personal suitability and your ability to be service-oriented. Regular tasks for a district nurse are included in your role, which involves telephone advice, clinic operations, and health-promoting work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a district nurse, preferably with a focus on diabetes or Asthma/COPD.
  • Is confident and self-sufficient in your profession.
  • Shares the belief that there is an opportunity to help build the operations from the ground up.
  • Prioritizes a good working environment and always strives to provide the best possible care to our patients.
  • Has excellent communication skills and a knack for building good relationships with both patients and colleagues.
