Physiotherapist to Home Rehabilitation

One of our colleagues is moving on to new challenges, and we are therefore looking for a new physiotherapist to join our home rehabilitation team.

Our clinic is located in a beautiful archipelago municipality with good transport links, and we share the building with Bollmora Health Center, including BVC, Tyresö Youth Center, and the midwifery clinic. Our physiotherapists work closely with occupational therapists, dietitians, chiropractors, as well as doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and midwives.

Job Responsibilities:

As a physiotherapist in primary care, you will meet patients of all ages and from different cultures. The patients have a variety of diseases and problems. As a new colleague in the home rehabilitation team, you will conduct home visits in teams with occupational therapists and through your own home visits. You will work with activity assessments, assistive device prescriptions, and training in the patient's home and local environment. There is also the possibility of outpatient work if interested. Employment Type:

Permanent position. Full-time 100%. A probationary period may apply.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed physiotherapist.
  • Driving license B.
  • Experience in primary care is considered an advantage, but we are also interested in recent graduates.
  • We would like you to have experience with the TakeCare journal system.

  • in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
