Edö care and nursing home is beautifully located by Lake Magelungen in Farsta Strand, just a few minutes' walk from the subway and commuter trains.

Edö currently consists of 107 places, of which 8 departments are for people with dementia and 4 departments are somatic. The dementia departments work evidence-based according to the BPSD registry, and all staff have completed the Swedish Dementia Center's star-rated training.

Your role

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or care assistant for our operations for full-time temporary employment during the holiday period of June, July - August. You are expected to be able to work full-time, with shifts both day, evening, and every other weekend.

In your role as a nursing assistant or care assistant, you will work in a team with nursing assistants and other professionals. Our goal is to create well-functioning teams that together provide good and safe care for our elderly. In your role, you are expected to take great responsibility for your communication with the elderly and with other professionals in the team. Together with other colleagues in the team, you are expected to work person-centered with the elderly's wishes and needs in focus.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for you who have:

• Nursing assistant education with proof of the right to use the title nursing assistant, alternatively care assistant education or started nursing assistant education
• Experience in elderly care
• You master the Swedish language fluently in speech and writing
• You are accustomed to using computers and can document according to the Social Services Act.
