Requirements - Mandatory to be considered a qualified candidate

• Swedish professional license as a dentist (issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare).
• At least 4 years of experience as a dentist.
• Fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
• Can work shifts.

Meritorious - Desirable, but not a requirement

• More than 4 years of experience as a dentist.
• Preferably previously worked as a dentist in Stockholm.
• Experience in mentoring new dentists.
• Experience in aesthetic dentistry and prosthetics beyond the basics.
• A skilled dental nurse you would like to bring with you.

We are looking for an experienced, secure, and humble dentist with good clinical competence. In addition to the usual tasks as a general dentist, we would like you to have experience and interest in performing aesthetic dentistry.

Development opportunities

We offer individual development plans and opportunities for continuous learning on-site, with support from our experienced staff. At the clinic, we have both a periodontist and an endodontist, as well as skilled dentists performing surgical treatments, which gives you the chance to broaden and deepen your competence. Work model: If you wish to work shifts with 37.4 hours per week (93.4%), you will receive full compensation equivalent to a full-time salary. If you choose not to work shifts, it means a weekly working time of 40 hours to achieve a full-time position.

Working hours: We work in shifts, alternating weeks morning shift 07:00-14:30 and evening shift 13:30-20:15, as well as every other Saturday 08:30-17:15.

(We also work some public holidays but not on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day, Good Friday/Easter Eve, and Midsummer Eve/Midsummer Day).

City Dental is one of Stockholm's largest private dental clinics and is owned by the fast-growing dental group Dentalum, which has about 250 employees. The clinic has around 45 employees and 15 treatment rooms, as well as its own dental laboratory.
