Do you want to be part of a team that puts the customer first and is passionate about delivering top-class service? Ulricehamns Energi is now looking for a community-minded, engaged, and service-oriented customer service representative.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you are the face of the company and a key player towards our customers in electricity networks, fiber networks, district heating, water and sewage, environment, and contracting. You will staff the reception and switchboard, handle customer inquiries, register and update customer information, and provide administrative support to the business.

In addition to this, your main tasks will include answering customer inquiries and identifying and resolving customer issues. You will also ensure that our customers receive updated operational information. Furthermore, the position includes financial work and some management of the company's digital communication channels.

Who are we looking for?

This role requires the ability to solve problems and provide professional service both internally and externally. Therefore, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in customer service
  • Has a strong customer focus, a service-oriented attitude, and an interest in community-important issues
  • Is flexible and enjoys varied workdays
  • Has good social skills and is a natural team player
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Is accustomed to working in the Office suite and has experience in digital communication channels
  • Has a B driver's license
  • If you have experience in electricity networks, fiber networks, district heating, water and sewage, environment, or contracting, we consider it an advantage
