Personal Qualities
You take responsibility for your task and structure your approach independently, driving processes forward in collaboration with your immediate group leader and preliminary investigation leader. The work can be very intense at times, requiring you to be flexible, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and prioritize your tasks. You need to be able to take initiative and work both independently and in a team, which requires good collaboration skills.
