JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome to Norregårdskolan! Norregårdskolan is a secondary school with about 550 students. We care about our students' education, safety, and values. We believe that the environment, our competent staff, and our various creative initiatives together are the key to our students thriving and achieving good results year after year.

At Norregårdskolan, there is currently a clear collegial development work in all subjects where teachers work together to develop teaching. We prioritize the interaction between students and teachers and believe that the teacher's personal contact with the student is important. To meet students' needs, we have a resource system where there are often two educators in the classroom. Part of the position also includes resource time where you work together with other teachers during certain lessons.

We are now looking for a teacher for instruction in Swedish, Swedish as a second language, and English.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified primary school teacher in Swedish, Swedish as a second language, and English. We would also like you to have experience of similar tasks.

You work from a positive approach, have the ability to create a good working climate, and have good knowledge of meeting children's different needs. Other important abilities include enjoying challenges and being responsive to changes.

We are looking for you who have a strong commitment and interest in working with educators to create the best conditions for our students so that they can develop well in a stimulating environment.
