We are now looking for a substitute who wants to brighten Joel's everyday life according to his needs. Immediate introduction and then need-based shifts during the spring. Summer vacation substitute up to full-time and expected continuation as needed and by agreement.

Joel is a cheerful young man who has very severe epilepsy that cannot be fully treated with medication. This means that he experiences seizures at regular intervals. We have often thought that he is living on borrowed time, but he constantly surprises us. Joel is in a wheelchair, his communication is very limited and non-verbal. He needs help with all personal hygiene and is fed through a tube. Joel loves people, closeness, voices, and having things happening around him. The goal is to get out for daily walks and activities, but his condition greatly influences this.

Experience with similar tasks is certainly an advantage, but the most important qualities are being attentive, empathetic, calm, and secure. These traits are essential for the personal chemistry with Joel to work.

You will be employed by PASS-Team, which, with over 300 employees, is the largest private employer in Bollnäs Municipality. Since 1997, we have provided personal assistance to users throughout Hälsingland. Our operations are based on closeness and personal contact that creates participation and security for our users and their relatives.

The user, a representative, or a relative is always involved and has a decisive role in the recruitment process regarding who is hired.

Hourly wage according to agreement. All compensations, such as overtime and on-call compensation, are according to collective agreements (Vårdföretagarna-Kommunal). Wellness allowance of 2100 SEK (for a full year, which means 175 SEK/month).
