We are looking for summer substitutes at Hedens Omvårdnadscenter in Bollnäs!

What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with different needs for support and care. It involves supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on excursions, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Hedens Omvårdnadscenter Hedens Omvårdnadscenter is a residential care facility and special accommodation (SoL) for people with psychiatric diagnoses. We have 56 places divided into six units: Heden, Hedbacken, Hedgården, Solheden, Björkheden, and Solrosen.

You have managers close to you who spend part of their time working in the operations, as well as many colleagues with extensive experience who help you get into the job. Creating and strengthening relationships with our residents is a prerequisite for us, which requires commitment and curiosity from you as an employee.

With us, you will work varied hours, meaning day, evening, weekend, and night (awake).

During the summer, we dedicate time to activities and excursions such as swimming or cultural events.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who are applying to us:

- are attracted to a job that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and support and enjoy meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility. - thrive in working as a team and supporting your colleagues.

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
