Unika Solgårdsgatan's group home and Unika Norra Järvstavägen's group home are located a short walk from each other. We are looking for substitutes to complement the team. We are looking for you who can start working in our operations shortly to be ready for the summer. Naturally, we want to retain skilled substitutes even after the summer, and many of our employees started as substitutes!

Unika Solgårdsgatan's group home and Unika Norra Järvstavägen's group home are situated in a quiet area in Bomus in a well-thought-out location. Within a few hundred meters, there is access to most services such as health centers, pharmacies, dentists, shops, kiosks, package delivery, restaurants, etc. Norra Järvstavägen is completely newly built, and Solgårdsgatan has newly renovated surfaces. In the operations, employees with long experience and great knowledge work, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Everyone living with us is offered individual support, service, and good care to live as independently as possible. The operations are aimed at individuals in person group 1 and offer housing with special services according to 9 § 9 LSS.

About the role of Support Assistant

The work involves providing support to adults with disabilities. The work is flexible and varied and can include everything from support for employment/studies, budgeting, cleaning, cooking, structuring everyday life, etc. The results often depend on your ability to motivate, coach, and support the individual, as well as your aptitude for maintaining routine and structure. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, have a professional and salutogenic approach and working method while working based on the resources and budget of the operations.

We adapt our work based on each individual's conditions and needs, and the starting point is the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the individuals we work with to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life.

Qualifications

• Very good ability in Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Good computer skills, experience in documentation.
• Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group
• Meritorious is a high school education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogy, social pedagogy, or university education in a relevant field.
• A driver's license is a requirement.

Meritorious if you also have

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal approach.

Employment conditions

Employment type: Substitute and as needed Working hours: Varying, our positions are normally within the range of 80-100% Working time: Rolling schedule, day, evening, weekend with sleeping on-call duty may occur Start date: By agreement, we look positively on if you can start shortly to get to know the operations. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
