We are now looking for a telephone nurse for our friendly team Advisory 24/7 with units in Kalix and Visby. In this role, you will work in our digital channels and provide advice on health and wellness issues.

Your mission as a telephone nurse is to be a medical advisor for employees who, in connection with their own or a relative's illness, come into contact with Falck, using high medical competence, service level, and guiding ability.

Your tasks as a telephone nurse include the following:

• Active collaboration in our Digital initiative
• Assessing care needs, urgency, and referring to the right care instance with the support of RGS decision support through advice.
• Booking the right competence based on customer requests.
• Receiving and processing sick and wellness notifications as well as VAB notifications with advice.
• Handling crisis and personnel support cases.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse with at least 5 years of experience in the profession. Experience as a district nurse, company nurse, other specialist competence, and/or telephone advice is an advantage. You have good computer skills and the ability and interest to deliver in digital tools. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Location: Location-independent, but preferably in Visby or Kalix.

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. Employment rate 100%, 37 hours/week, working every fourth weekend.
