Do you want to work in primary care where you have the opportunity to grow, deepen your skills, and develop as a physiotherapist? With us, you combine clinical responsibility with ongoing professional development in an organization that invests long-term, where your development is an obvious part of our mission.
We offer physiotherapy clinics in three strategic locations: Hemse, Slite, and Visby. Our clinics are part of primary care, where we have close collaboration with both public and private health centers.
Our working method is not governed by patient reimbursement, but by grant funding. This means we can focus on quality, depth, and the right intervention at the right time, both for the patient and for you as an employee.
Our team includes 18 dedicated physiotherapists with expertise in areas such as women's health, orthopedic manual therapy (OMT) level 3, McKenzie method (MDT), sports medicine, and primary care.
With us, you will work in an environment that stimulates your professional development.
We offer: A structured introduction and mentoring program. Opportunities for further education and professional development in collaboration with, among others, the Academic Primary Care Center (APC). Collegial networks. Opportunities to deepen your knowledge in specialist areas and take an active role in the development of the organization.
Here you can grow, contribute, and shape the future of primary care rehabilitation.

As a physiotherapist with us, you work closely with patients and contribute to frontline care. Your work includes:
- Medical assessments and treatments during both physical visits and digital contacts.
- Triaging – initial assessments of patients seeking care without a referral.
- Leading exercise groups, supporting our partners, and actively participating in development work.
You have great freedom to influence your own schedule and shape your workday based on patients' needs and your own clinical planning.
Who Are You?
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist or physical therapist and who wants to develop in a broad and stimulating primary care role.
It is an advantage if you have further education in Mental Health, BK, MDT, OMT, or other musculoskeletal treatment methods.
