Main Responsibilities

As a logistics assistant, your tasks are broad and varied with a focus on administration, but they also include practical tasks such as:

  • Ordering
  • Inventory
  • Disposal
  • Goods reception
  • Warehouse management
  • Transport and vehicle responsibility

Competence development, exercises, and training are a natural part of the position.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education with relevant orientation or equivalent knowledge deemed equivalent by the employer
  • Experience in logistics and administration or experience deemed equivalent by the employer
  • Good computer skills and administrative ability
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
  • Driving license B

Meritorious

  • Service in the Swedish Armed Forces with a focus on logistics
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, and/or contracting
  • Experience working in the Armed Forces' systems LIFT, SAP, PRIO
  • Completed military service
  • Driving license C, CE

Other Requirements

You should not disclose that you have applied for the position at 2.CFF to anyone other than those directly involved. The reason we ask you to be discreet with the information is that there are positions within the unit that are subject to confidentiality. Swedish citizenship is required for employment with the Armed Forces. Employment comes with national and international work obligations.

The position has combat status, which means you must be able to handle and use weapons. This training will be provided by us. A security clearance with a background check will be conducted before employment. The selection process will be supplemented with occupational psychological tests.

Employment type: Permanent employment, a 6-month probationary period applies for those who are currently not employed within the Armed Forces. Place of employment: Linköping. Start date: By agreement.
