ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Assistanslotsen are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 87.5% (35 hours/week) for our client in Frösön. The work is scheduled on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00. If you prefer to work night shifts, there is an option to work from 10:00 to 07:00 instead. During your shifts, you will have a one-hour break.

The start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT ME

I am a positive wheelchair-bound woman in my 50s with an acquired mobility impairment. Your workplace will be in my home and wherever I am. I need help with most aspects of my daily life, such as personal care, transfers, and common household tasks. My general condition varies from day to day, which means that you should be patient and adaptable.

I enjoy being outdoors in nature regardless of the weather, and I have a dog at home as a special interest. Therefore, you should have good experience with dogs using gentle methods. Please describe your experience with dogs in your personal letter.

It is important that you are aware of confidentiality and respect it.

ARE YOU THE ONE I AM LOOKING FOR?

As a client, I am looking for someone who is reliable, attentive, meticulous, and has a good work ethic. You should have a sense of humor and be flexible. I want you to be well aware of what the job as a personal assistant entails and to take pride in your work. You may be outgoing, but it is also important that you have a sense of professionalism and can stay in the background when needed, as personal assistance is not about care for me but about enabling me to live my life.

Since your workplace will be in my home, it is important to be respectful of my wishes and my privacy. Your gender and age are less significant as personal chemistry is what matters most.

• You speak and understand Swedish at a good level

Employment rate: 87.5%.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
