Payroll Administrator at the Swedish Board of Agriculture – Consulting Assignment at Adecco!

About the Assignment

We are seeking an experienced payroll administrator for an exciting consulting assignment at the Swedish Board of Agriculture in Jönköping. Here, you will play a central role in ensuring accurate payroll processes and providing support to both managers and employees regarding payroll, time reporting, and taxes. The assignment starts no later than April 1, 2025, and lasts until September 30, 2025, with the possibility of a 3-month extension, one month at a time. The position is to be performed on-site, but some remote work may be possible by agreement.

Your Responsibilities

At the Swedish Board of Agriculture, you will be part of a knowledgeable team where you will:

  • Process and verify payroll data
  • Prepare payroll lists as well as reports and statistics
  • Report taxes and employer contributions
  • Compile time and absence reports
  • Answer questions regarding payroll, vacation, and other HR matters

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent relevant background
  • Has at least one year of experience as a payroll administrator
  • Is familiar with MS Office and some payroll systems (e.g., Heroma, Agda)
  • Has knowledge of collective agreements and regulations within payroll administration
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious:

  • Experience working in a larger organization
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
