Temporary Administrator for Home Care Services
Within the administration and service unit, there are currently twelve administrators and one operational caretaker who collaborate with the managers and employees of the Social Administration. When you work with us, you will be part of a team of administrators who support each other, both for the development within the unit and in the supportive administrative work for managers.

We are now looking for a temporary administrator for one of our home care services located in modern premises in central Skillingaryd.
As an administrator for home care, you will have an important supportive role to the area manager and the employees. The work is very independent and varied.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main tasks will involve working with administration in personnel and scheduling systems, invoicing/approval, and general administrative tasks. Planning for and assigning substitutes during employee absences is a central task. The assignment includes some digital welfare technology that the administrator manages and supports employees with.
QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive and do a good job, you need to be self-driven and have a high level of personal maturity. You are structured, service-oriented, and proactive. You will work in a demand-driven organization, which means you need to be flexible, active in multiple tasks at the same time, and service-oriented. In this position, you will have many contacts, which requires building good relationships and having strong collaboration skills. During the recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
The work requires that you have good computer skills and solid knowledge of MS Office. If you have knowledge of systems such as Agresso, Combine, Personec P, and Time Care, we consider it an advantage. You should have a post-secondary education with an administrative focus. Ideally, you have experience working in administration within public administration.
