Are you an experienced recruitment consultant who wants to contribute to a good welfare system by recruiting the future employees of the social services? Do you enjoy meeting new people and building relationships? Do you have a university degree in HR or behavioral science? If so, you are the one we are looking for!

Your new job

As a recruitment consultant, you will work consultatively and support managers in their recruitment processes. You will be involved in all or parts of the process, from developing job profiles, writing and publishing ads, selecting candidates, interviewing, taking references, and conducting background checks. We work according to the model for competency-based recruitment, which includes training managers to follow the model and manage the digital recruitment tool. The recruitment unit coordinates seasonal recruitment and collaborates closely with communicators to promote the social services and the municipality as an attractive employer. You will also participate in internal and cross-municipal working groups where we develop routines and working methods.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR or another relevant behavioral science degree. You should express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Since we do some visits at fairs, it is beneficial if you have a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have managed entire recruitment processes from advertising to interviewing. Previous work in the public sector is also a merit. We would like you to have experience in the fields we recruit for, such as elderly care, support for people with disabilities, healthcare, or social services for individuals and families.

As a person, you need to be

self-driven, structured, responsible, service-oriented, and easy to collaborate with others. You should be adaptable when circumstances change and comfortable presenting to small and large groups.

Welcome to us

The recruitment unit, consisting of four recruitment consultants and one unit manager, is part of the HR unit of the Social Services, with about 25 employees. Our workplace is located in central Jönköping.

The HR unit is part of the common staff in the social services, and we work on behalf of management and functional leadership. Additionally, the HR unit is tasked with supporting, coordinating, and developing cross-functional issues that fall within the HR unit's area of expertise. For the recruitment unit, this primarily concerns recruitment.

Good to know

The employment form is permanent, with a start date according to agreement.
