About the Position

ECIT is a company specializing in outsourcing financial and payroll functions as well as business systems. We are experiencing significant growth through acquisitions and organic growth. Therefore, we are now looking for a brave and business-driven senior accountant who wants to step into the role of group manager with office responsibility for our accounting team in Jönköping. Despite our growth, we remain a family-oriented company with high competence among all employees.

In the role of group manager, you will support the accounting group where you are a natural leader with great initiative who drives both the team and the clients forward. You inspire and motivate employees while having excellent collaboration skills.

As a group manager, you will also be responsible for the office and work as a project manager to onboard new and existing clients to assist with various accounting and IT-related issues. Therefore, you should have good experience in the accounting profession where you are used to being responsible for the entire accounting process. It is essential to understand the importance of working efficiently and commercially, in teams, and always in the best interest of the client.

The position is based in Jönköping in beautiful and pleasant premises near the A6 interchange.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics from high school or KY education, university, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge and experience of the entire accounting process from ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and annual closings, tax returns, and VAT, etc.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience as an accountant for owner-managed companies.
• Preferably from the outsourcing industry.
• Some form of leadership experience in finance such as team leader, project manager, group manager, or similar.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
