The Role of Healthcare Administrator

In your role as a healthcare administrator/administrative assistant, you will work with ongoing healthcare administrative tasks throughout the entire patient flow, have patient contact via TeleQ, 1177, and our reception, and be responsible for booking and calling patients. Your responsibilities include being an administrative support to our employees and managers in various ways. You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and be the clinic's expert in various administrative systems and working methods.

Our healthcare staff at the clinic uses voice recognition, which is why we do not have dictation to any greater extent.

We actively work on improvement and development within all rehabilitation processes and administrative processes at the clinic. Right now, there is a lot of work going on to transition our operations to become more digital to provide our citizens with greater access to our healthcare resources, and our healthcare administrators/administrative assistants play a key role in this.

Your Profile

We are looking for a healthcare administrator/administrative assistant who enjoys challenges and thinking innovatively. We expect you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, good IT skills, and to be meticulous and structured. Previous experience in improvement work, knowledge of the Cosmic journal system, and speaking and writing another language are advantageous.

Team collaboration is an important part of our working method, so cooperation and a good attitude are as natural for you as they are for us.

You are flexible in your working style and take responsibility for your tasks - structure and planning come naturally to you. You have a good pace while being thorough.
